2, the cause of the bubble

The main reason for the flaking defects of the cold-drawn tube bubble type is that the molten steel contains a relatively high content of gaseous elements. The molten steel accumulates on the surface of the steel sheet prior to the condensation and forms subcutaneous bubbles. During the rolling of the steel sheet, it undergoes pressurization. Finally, a skin defect was formed. It is generally believed that some cellular forms of bubbles are prone to occur during the hot rolling of steel sheets. The reason for the formation of bubbles is that some of the oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon and other elements are abundant in the process of the steel tube condensation of the cold drawn tubes. The surface is enriched and bubbles form under certain conditions. The air bubbles on the surface of the steel are subjected to some forces during the rolling process and they are squeezed, resulting in skin defects.
