When pickling, pay attention to whether there is a large amount of blistering on the surface. If there is a large amount of blistering, it means that the quality of the steel tube cannot reach the corresponding standard.

In the process of delivery of the hot-rolled steel seamless pipe, the general hot-rolled state is delivered after heat treatment to some extent, and the hot-rolled steel seamless pipe undergoes strict manual work after the quality inspection. After the quality inspection, the surface should be oiled, followed by several times of cold-drawing experiments. After the hot-rolling treatment, a perforation experiment should be conducted. If the perforation diameter is too large, straightening correction is required.

The use of steel seamless tube is very extensive. It is generally used for rolling from common carbon structural steels, low alloy structural steels or alloy structural steels during its operation, and its production is the most during the production process. In operation, it is mainly used as a pipe or structural part for conveying fluid.
