Commissioning specifications for hydraulic cylinders at hydraulic stations

1. Production inspection: The hydraulic cylinder tube is inspected according to the schematic diagram and assembly drawing of the oil station system to check whether the components are purchased, manufactured and assembled according to the design requirements.

2. Preparation for commissioning: Add the working medium required by the design to the fuel tank, connect the motor line of the oil station (the oil station must be equipped with an air switch to quickly open and close the motor of the oil station), and jog the motor to test whether the motor steering meets the requirements. . Seal the oil station outlet with a plug.

3. Pressure test: Turn on the motor, reduce the pressure of the oil station relief valve to about 1MPa, and run at low pressure for 20 minutes to vent and flush the system. Wipe the seals with a water-absorbent paper, and then observe the presence or absence of leakage. Adjust the relief valve to increase the pressure successively (5MPa per stage, hold pressure for 3 minutes) to see if there is leakage, until the pressure rises to 1.2 times of the design pressure, hold pressure for 10 minutes, and finally all inspections must ensure all welds, There is no oil leakage at the interface and seal, and the pipe is not permanently deformed. After all normal, adjust the relief valve to set the pressure to the system design pressure. During the pressure test, observe whether the pressure rise and fall shown by the pressure gauge is smooth and sensitive when adjusting the relief valve.

4. Oil pump inspection: Under the working pressure, the hydraulic pump can't have abnormal noise. If it is a variable pump, its regulating device should be flexible and reliable, and the oil pump should be hot.

5. Reversing inspection: Repeatedly operate the reversing valve 3~5 times, requiring the reversing valve to be sensitive, reliable and free from sticking.

6. Throttle valve inspection: Remove a set of oil outlet plugs from the oil station, connect a cylinder of the same design pressure with a hose, open the one-way throttle valve fully (clockwise to death), operate the reversing valve, Use the stopwatch to calculate the speed of the cylinder expansion and contraction. Calculate whether the system flow meets the design requirements after 10 counts. (At the same time, pay attention to the overflow phenomenon in the relief valve, that is, observe that the pressure gauge does not exceed the set system design pressure). Then loosen the one-way throttle valve and record the expansion and contraction speed of the cylinder. See if the one-way throttle valve adjusts the flow rate smoothly and reliably. Similar adjustments to the remaining sets determine the performance of the one-way throttle.

7. System filtration check: After the debugging is completed, it is necessary to check the filter of the system. If visible foreign matter such as iron filings and welding slag can be seen on the back of the filter element, remove the foreign matter and rinse again according to 3 for 10 minutes, then check again. The contaminated filter element needs to be replaced with a new filter element until it is visually free of debris.
