2, the cause of bubbles

The peeling defect of the cold drawn tube type is mainly because the molten steel contains a relatively high content of gas elements, and the molten steel gathers under the surface of the steel sheet before the condensation of the steel to form subcutaneous bubbles, and is pressed during the rolling process of the steel sheet. Finally, a skin defect was formed. It is generally believed that some honeycomb-shaped bubbles are prone to occur during hot rolling of steel sheets, and the reason for the formation of bubbles is that some of the richer elements of oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon, etc. are in the slab during the condensation process of the cold drawn steel. The surface is enriched, and under certain conditions, bubbles form. The bubbles on the surface of the steel are crushed by some force during the rolling process, resulting in skin-like defects.
