A protective plate is added to the earring of the piston rod, which can effectively reduce and avoid the hidden danger of the piston rod being bruised.
2. Install a special sealing ring on the lip of the dust ring to effectively isolate it. Then remove the special sealing ring and install the dust ring.
3. Improve the combined shaft seal structure to avoid material flow problems at the sealing lip and edges at high temperatures.
4. The surface of the piston rod is quenched by intermediate frequency. Through intermediate frequency quenching, the hardness of the piston rod matrix is improved, the anti-bruising ability of the piston rod surface is increased, and the surface roughness value of the piston rod is reduced. In addition, the plug rod forms a cylindrical structure, which can improve the bending strength of the piston rod.
5. Reasonably design and select the matching clearance between the piston rod and the guide sleeve. To ensure the lubrication of the lip of the sealing ring, avoid abnormal high temperature due to friction.
