Materials commonly used in environments where there is no damage or surface erosion. Surface induction hardening is used for highly mechanically stressed components and areas that cause mechanical damage to the rod surface. For applications in corrosive environments, hydraulic cylinders or rods containing the above coating materials can be used.
The thread machined on the piston rod is defined by thread size, pitch or thread length. In double rod cylinders, the two product processing tops can be defined independently.
In addition to hard chromium and chromium nickel coatings, plastic coatings, hydroxide ceramic coatings and their plasma transferred arc (PTA) welding coatings are also available. It is often necessary to weld forged or machined components to these wires.
