The hydraulic piston rod belongs to the slender shaft, so it needs to be well deformed, that is, the straightness of the blank is straightened. Although the piston rod is aligned after tempering, the workpiece is too long, the stress is released, and the lifting is halfway. And the weight of the piston, the piston rod will produce a certain deformation, it needs to be straightened, and its straightness is controlled within 10mm.


Secondly, during the processing, the straightness of the lathe is also a technically demanding link. Because of the self-weight of the hydraulic piston rod during the roughing and the centrifugal force during rotation, it is impossible to use the conventional one-clip and one-top scheme, and only the center frame can be used for support, so the requirement for the gear is higher, because the piston rod passes Long, need 3 center frame support.


The third point is that the hydraulic piston rod is used for the turning of the slender workpiece. During the turning process, due to the one-clip and one-top machining scheme, the middle center frame or the tool holder is turned, and the heat is generated during the normal turning. Axial elongation, the workpiece diameter expands as the temperature increases during processing, and the cylindricity and linear dimension errors are formed after the workpiece is cooled. When the tip is turned, the thermal deformation will cause the workpiece to elongate, causing the workpiece to bend. Deformation, cylindricity error will occur after processing.
